I am giving Marcus Hasan an excellent review. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was friendly, engaging, and was a no pressure salesman. But the process of buying a car needs to be streamlined. Something that should take 2 hours, takes twice (or more) as long. This is true of all dealerships, not just this one. I would give 2 stars to the long drawn out process--it doesn't have to be that long.

It was a good experience, the only complaint I have is the 5 hour wait for getting my tires rotated and wheels balanced.

I voiced my concerns and was heard. I really am enjoying my new Chevrolet after 30 years of driving only Ford products. Service personnel were very professional and efficient. Have never had a bad experience when dealing with your crew. And the lady taking my payment was so very friendly and I feel like she really takes an interest in each individual. Thank you

This service was performed for a battery replacement. There is a special battery for my vehicle that requires the installation be done by a certified Chevy dealer. I had made an appointment for the install and was advised that I should check with the parts dept for availability of the battery. I contacted the parts department and confirmed they had only one in stock. I then relayed this to the service dept to confirm all would go smoothly at the appointment date. The service was done efficiently but apparently there was a problem in getting the battery from the warehouse to the dealership and the one hour service turned into 3 hours. Other than that the servie was great.
