Brought in 2001 GMC Jimmy for diagnostic...
Brought in 2001 GMC Jimmy for diagnostic tests for 3 problems & an estimate to repair.Cost $450 for the tests.Did not realize that the tests alone would cost that much so I was dismayed by this cost.Decided not to continue with repairs at this time as it may be more cost effective to buy a new vehicle.Service advisor was knowledgeable,courteous and helpful.

I actually wasn't in the market for a new vehicle, but coming to terms with the likelihood of not passing the smog check for 2014 - I decided it was best to be proactive. Visited a dealer in Oakland to get an oil change for my mom's 2001 Buick Century when I started checking out their lot. After deciding on the Spark - I reviewed the inventory on FH Dailey's site, and made an appt with Jim Brunelli, Jim and Randy (finance) were very professional, and both worked toward getting me a very satisfactory deal on the vehicle. It was my first time buying a new car, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hopefully not anytime soon, but I will definitely return for any future car purchases.
