I took my cay two weeks ago and you replaced a water pump. after that it still leaked water and they couldn't find anything they took $ 230 from me i am a widow with no money. They were not helpful all they did is take my money and did nothing. I told them it was the reservoir and they didn't listen . I will no longer do business with you. Thank you

This was the best new car purchasing experience I have had. FH Dailey had the car I wanted so I contacted the dealership and worked the sale over the phone and email from San Diego. The docs were shipped via FedEx for signatures. When the documentation was approved and completed, I drove up to get the car. They could not have made it any easier for me. Thank you! I am thinking of getting a Silverado from FH Dailey when I am ready for a new truck in a couple of years.

I am giving Marcus Hasan an excellent review. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was friendly, engaging, and was a no pressure salesman. But the process of buying a car needs to be streamlined. Something that should take 2 hours, takes twice (or more) as long. This is true of all dealerships, not just this one. I would give 2 stars to the long drawn out process--it doesn't have to be that long.

I voiced my concerns and was heard. I really am enjoying my new Chevrolet after 30 years of driving only Ford products. Service personnel were very professional and efficient.
