100 YEARS AND COUNTING!
When we say that we are the 1st place for Chevrolet in the Bay Area, we really mean it! Mr. F.H. Dailey established the F.H. Dailey Company 100 years ago, in 1910. Originally located at the corner of 41st Avenue and 14th Street in Oakland, the company sold all types of conveyances that would move people, goods or loads of any kind. “FH” quickly realized that motorized vehicles were the wave of the future. With that in mind, he added “Motor” to the name, chose to sell Chevrolets - and the rest, as they say, is history! We say we are 1st not just because we have been in business in the East Bay for 100 years, but because we probably have put more Chevrolets on more roads and in more garages and driveways throughout the Bay Area than any other local Chevy dealer. Our strict adherence to these principles ever since this concern was founded in 1910 has won the goodwill of thousands of customers, who rely on us for every automotive need.

We expanded first from our original location in Oakland to our spacious and modern facility in SAN LEANDRO. Then,in March of 2002, we opened our second SAN LEANDRO location, on Marina Boulevard in the Marina Auto Mall.Being part of this new auto mall destination says that we’re not only growing, we’re committed to business expansion in the East Bay – and we’re here to stay!
