Glad I made my appointment because your service department gets busy. The service advisors took folks that had appointments first which was a good thing. Service advisor was nice and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I had made an appointment for service at F.H. Dailey Chevrolet. When I arrived, I asked the service representative some questions regarding the operations of the car, and he gladly answer them. He then asked me if I needed a ride or if I wanted to wait on the car. I asked if he could have the car ready in 2 hours, he said yes. I told him I would wait on the car, and everything seemed to work out fine.
I brought in my wifes car for an oil change. I had in my possession a voucher for $75.00. I also learned that I had 1 free service. I feel the service technician did not give me proper advice. This person left out expiration dates of the free service. Fortunately I choose the free service and called the number on the voucher and spoke to that representative. That person was kind, helpful, and gave me accurate advice.
I purchased a new truck from FH Dailey when I bought the truck I was told I would get two free services. So brought the truck in for a oil change and tire rotation but the service representative told me he couldnt change the tires because they were aftermarket. After discussing why he couldnt rotate the tires he was told me he could but there would be an extra fee. I told him I felt it should be covered but he got a Attitude and started to be rude. So instead of arguing I just told him just do the oil change and I would take it somewhere else to get the tires rotated. Personally I feel like I just spent over $50,000 for a new truck and I feel like they shouldve just rotated the tires.
I purchased the "prepaid" maintenance plan when I bought my truck here. I came in for my first maintenance and what do you know? Apparently the prepaid maintenance only covers oil and tire rotation, not the regular service despite what I was told when I purchased the truck. I paid thousands for the prepaid maintenance and It cost me over $400 yesterday to complete the scheduled maintenance. Nice job Randy (finance manager), you sold me a whole lot of nothing. Will I ever buy a car there again? Hell no. There is no reason to get greedy when I am buying a $50k truck. Unethical. Good job Randy, you must be proud...
Jim could not have been better working with me.He was patient answering all my questions, discussing the car an making the deal. Im so glad I told Dalia I wanted Jim Brunelli as my sales representative, we are both Corvette lovers from way back.
