I brought my truck in for service and the service writer was very friendly and answered all my questions.However,when I picked my truck up they said it would be a few minutes as it was being washed. As I was driving away I realized it had not been washed.
I am always please with my experience with the service department So I am happy to have this opportunity to complement FH Daley. The staff are professional, prompt and courteous. With such a busy service department I am always impressed by the efficiency , calmness and competence I sense when I am dropping off and picking up. Good customer service seems harder and harder to find these days so thanks to FH Daley for keeping it alive and treating customers like they matter.
I arrived an hour early for my appointment and was handled without any hassles, Jim advised me of the recommended services that I needed and we agreed on the items that I wanted serviced, He updated me on the progress of the service and called when the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived at the dealership my car was ahead of the line and ready to go. Thank you
I waited and watched my car get worked on until it was finished and put back into the pick up drive. It took over 30 minutes for an advisor to contact me to let me know that my car was finished. So I watched my car be unattended for more than 25 minutes while the cashier told me that my advisor didn���t finish my paperwork which doesn���t make more than 5 minutes. I asked to know how long I had until I needed brakes due to a sound I was hearing from my car and the advisor tried to charge me an additional 100$ just to measure my brake pad which should already be done and be a part of my free multipoint inspection. Lastly this is the second time that I have requested to get a car wash and this is the second time my request has been ignored. I am highly disappointed with the service that I was given and potentially will not come back to this dealership again.
