No one greeted me when O entered the service area. Service people walked past me and didn’t even say “hello” or “someone will be right with you” as I believe is the professional way of treating customers. I had to force my way up to someone at their screen.

I was very dissatisfied. Scheduling was confused. I asked for a variety of things to be taken care of - only a few were addressed. The agent then didn’t call me (as agreed) to let me know the work was “done”.
