I set up my appointment online, and got the sense that no one read my comments about what I wanted taken care of. They saw it was routine servicing and told me they would change the oil on my Bolt EV!! I had to show them the seat problem, for which they had to order a special part. I got called that the part was in, and made an appointment to return. They looked up my record and had no idea why I was there. I had to tell them. I wasn't told how long it would take to fix the seat, so I asked and was told that it would likely be all day. I therefore took a shuttle ride home. Less than ten minutes after walking in my front door, I got a call that the car was ready to be picked up. They said the shuttle driver would be there in 20 minutes, but it was over an hour before he returned. When I got there, they wanted to know why I brought my car in, and showed me the paperwork from my initial visit a week and a half before, still not reading my comment about the appointment. They never addressed my question about a software update for the entertainment system. My entire morning was wasted due to staff incompetence.
