I had a very good experience buying my Chevy Bolt EUV from this dealership. Greg was couteous and attentive, and hewent out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered, I understood important information about buying an EV, and that the car was ready to go! He also was very flexible and understanding when I changed my mind and requested a diffferent car form the one I test drove.

My service assistant Jerrod was very polite and helpful he asked when did I need my truck back I said by noon and he was true to his word. He gave me a referral to Moeller Body shop after seeing the bed of the truck had some damage. Much appreciated I know Moeller has been around for decades and does great work.

My estimated wait time was about 2 hours to get my headlight replaced even with an 8 am app it. I had it done in less than an hour. The service associate was very helpful and professional. I was happy I didn’t have to wait 2 hours.

I brought my my truck in because I had several sensors that had gone off on my dashboard explained to the technician that I knew what the problems were because I’d already hooked up my truck to a code reader, I just needed to have them fix or reset. I signed the dotted line for the diagnostic estimated repair cost not understanding that each sensor that went off was a separate $230 diagnostic charge, because that was not explained . So the next day I’m informed that my 690 estimated diagnostic and repair “not diagnostic for repair” has now gone to $3000 including a battery replacement, windshield wipers and cleaner and all seals and gaskets, sensors, lubricants ,hose and switch which I then came in to look at this $3000 estimate and discover that I didn’t ask for windshield wiper fluid or blades because I just replaced them three months ago. I didn’t ask for a new battery because I didn’t know I had a problem with it. My dash has never said low battery nor has my engine ever not started, but I was informed I had a bad battery and then I went through the parts didn’t want the sensor for the brakes because once they put brake fluid in the sensor has been off but it was suggested that I replace it but I said no, so once removed, I turned over $1030 cash for parts and a battery that I requested to take with me since it would be several days before the parts would come in and then after waiting some 15 minutes I went back in and said, so can I get the battery? Oh well that’s $154 and I said but I just paid for it. Oh let me check your receipt I get the battery and before I change it out I go have my battery tested at two different places and both places state my battery was at 80 to 81% so I disconnected my battery when I got home put the new battery in and waited a day and went and had it tested again and it still came up at 80% but I know that it’s a 35% restocking fee so I’m not even gonna fight it but I did explain it to the technician when I went back to pick up my parts after calling five days later to find out from a gentleman that my parts hadn’t been ordered left a message on my service providers message line that I would be in the following day to get a refund for everything but the diagnostic fee, and the battery that I took only to find out that I owed over the 1030 because each sensor cost $230 plus I had asked them to order the switch for my window that no longer went up and down and that was another diagnostic fee and was told by one service technician that the parts weren’t ordered again and that if I talked to a woman that may have answered the phone which he was referring to the cashiers, they don’t know anything about our screens and ordering that’s why we don’t have any women in this department because they don’t know how to read anything which I thought was a very sexist comment only to get turned over to the manager who called my service provider in on his day off who I’m sure was not happy and after going back-and-forth with the he said she said was told it was pointless but he did admit that he charged me for the diagnostic fee and parts which the $230 for diagnostic fee plus all the parts equal $1030 when I was charged the first time I came in after I was told it was a $3000 estimate and I asked if I could pay for all the parts he told me it would take several days which they were closed Monday they would order the parts Tuesday they should be there Wednesday I called Wednesday. They told me nothing was ordered, I came in Thursday and was told only part of the order was there and then after I’m in the office with my service provider, which was Jason,I was told all the parts were in except for the switch, but he was calm the entire time as I tried to maintain myself, but after hearing Jared, say the sexist comment that he did about women, not working in the front and with customers because they didn’t know how to read a screen and then being told that each sensor was diagnosed for $230 which was not understood or explained and after an hour and a half to two hours of repeating ourselves I finally left with $149.57 as my refund since they were “kind “enough to not charge me for the brake fluid they put in and the labor that took . Then to be so angry, and felt to have been taken advantage of not only for being a woman, but for having presented cash instead of using a credit card, which I could’ve canceled, I basically did not read all the paperwork that was handed to me then to find out, I agreed to the terminology presented and jobs that were total labor and parts of $230 which was the “” diagnosis ,not parts and labor as stated, that I basically walked away feeling humiliated and overcharged for a battery that cost me 600+ dollars with the understanding of being charged $230 plus parts when I handed over the $1030.
