I bought a brand new Chevy 2500 express cargo van with a 5 year/50,000 mile warranty. At first, Leonis and William were trying to find me a vehicle that was off property, but then I requested that the vehicle come from the FH Daily lot. We went out and picked a van from the lineup. William was very helpful in helping me understand what the van options were. Everything was great until we got to financing. I was required to negotiatiate my terms and the process took a long time. I brought in a 2013 Silverado 2500HD, with only 350 miles on it, for a clunking noise that was coming from the front left area. They replaced a couple of brackets that were bad, even though I can't understand how a brand new vehicle needed new parts.... The service techs were very good in explaining the problem and fixing the issue. Have not heard the noise since. I'm still waiting to receive the service paperwork because it wasn't prepared when I came to pick up the vehicle. The only issue that I had was that there was some grease smudges/ handprints along the fenders and hood and, there were grease splatters down the side of the vehicle which looked like they may have come from over greasing of a fitting.
