First time service customer after buying a 2004 corvette in my retirement. Impressed by friendly attitude of my service advisor Gabriel Medina (54300). Very helpful in answering my questions on the transmission service process and fuel injection service. He did two special tasks: he searched my VIN number to see if anything came up on the vehicle I had just purchased. Nothing did. He also pulled in a service supervisor (tall, short beard) who was also very affable. I showed him my scarred hands from changing seven of eight plugs and wires. I wanted them to complete the job for cylinder 7 (the tough one). I expected a refusal, but they determined a price and used my plug and wire that I had brought with me. Outstanding. Last, after the service was completed, Gabriel corrected the cost for the fuel injection service that saved me $60. He didn't have to because I wouldn't have known, but he did. You expect competent service...I think I got that, but you also like to have a sense of trust. I definitely believe Gabriel and the tall service manager exuded that. Stereo in my 2013 chevy sonic froze up and quit working. Oscar Delgadillo was my service liason. He was awesome and kept me informed. The stereo had to be ordered and he called when it arrived the next day to set up another appointment to install the stereo. Yesterday 6-11-13 the stereo was replaced.
