I’m from Ventura County, about 350 miles away from F H Dailey dealership. They had the exact vehicle I wanted, and I was seriously considering making the trip. After chatting with the salesman, ‘Chuck’ Santana, I knew I had to go. He wasn’t pushy at all, he was super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. I flew into the nearby airport and was taken to the dealership, where I was greeted by the rest of the staff. The whole experience was super easy and all my questions were answered. They even met all my requests! I’ve bought many cars in the past and had different experiences at different dealerships, but this one was definitely the best and most comfortable. I’d highly recommend this dealership!

The check-in was very efficient, staff was helpful in describing the work to be done, and we received notice about the completion of maintenance very quickly. All in all, a good experience.

Buying my Chevy Trax SUV was a great experience. However, I'm currently facing some issues with customer service. I haven't received responses regarding my spare key, the car that was offered to me, the signed contract for the SUV, and where to send the payment. While the sale of the SUV went quickly, getting follow-up support has been surprisingly difficult.

Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Great follow up during the repair process and finished earlier then expected. You got to love this type of old school service!

Easy to make an appointment for the recall repair for my Silverado. I was checked in immediately when I arrived. Everything was ready and parts were in stock. Repair was completed early and my service advisor Jerrod kept me informed along the way. He even had my truck washed. Thanks!

The only reason for my 4 star rating is that I am mad at myself for letting the "manager" sell me an interest rate of 6.49% with some unknown (to me) lender. I should have insisted on GM Finance. I have a credit rating of over 800. I feel kind of dumb for letting him pull one over on me.

I was disappointed that even though it says you have a shuttle service, you don’t have a shuttle service Covid’s been over for two years time to bring the shuttle back.

Took my truck in for issues and it sat for 3 days they said everything was done that I asked about…. Didn’t feel to confident took it to another Chevy Dublin and they said there were 15 issues with the truck and all the other shop did was reprogram the radio…

Jerred handled the service. Np issues at all. Price was far. Issue with battery and slow start, they tested battery and called the 3rd party battery warranty company to get authorization for the replacement - zero issue and I did not have to make a claim for reimbursement. FH Dailey's service department is always reliable in my experience.

Got new transmission put in had to go back the second day after because of a fluid leak they fixed that. Discovered after that there is an exhaust leak took the truck back was told they could not fix it, I should now gotta muffler shop they didn’t have the ability to fix what the took apart. You would think an 8,000 dollar job would be more professionally done.feel free to contact me before the post this publicly. Former long time customer.

Dropped off my new truck for first service. Check in went fine and they called me when it was done and I picked it up with no issues.

2 month old leased EV truck has a broken trunk mechanism. Dealership gave me the run around and didn't want to take the car. They told me to go to a nearby dealership. Which took the car, but then neither dealer wanted to provide me with a loaner, even though "we don't know when the car will be ready. There are only 5 of these parts in the nation." I had to remind them that I was leasing the car, so they could either provide a loaner, or stop my lease payments until the car was fixed. Overall a very frustrating experience. I hope to get my car back soon. Hope this was a one-off experience. And hoping no more problems with the EV truck.

Didn't fix the problem. The vehicle still does not shut off when you put it in park get out of it and close the door. It won't lock. Several of our Silverado EVs are doing this, and it's not consistent. To have been charged for the diagnostic that didn't diagnose anything is frustrating

It went far better than anticipated. I thought I was just dropping off as it was late in the day. But Jerred was fantastic. He said they could do while I wait. I was so happy that he could do that for me. We've always had good service, but I feel like he went above and beyond. He even took a few minutes to explain some things I was having trouble programing. I was very happy with how he took care of us.

I do think this dealership is the best Chevrolet dealer in the Bay Area, including Santa Rosa where I purchased my car. I was very dissatisfied in Santa Rosa and the superiority of F.H. Dailey is very clear. My advisor Sam was very informative, friendly, and helpful. My only suggestion is to update the customer who is on site waiting for the car with a status report. I sat there for 3 hours after I approved the 3 recommended services. It did not seem like those services should take 3 hours, especially since there was only 1 other person waiting while their car was being serviced. I dont mean this to be a negative review, only that experience would be improved if the waiting customers got priority over those who would be coming at end of day of later to get their cars. If the job was done as quickly as possible, a status update would have made the wait easier. I also appreciated that the waiting area is clean and the bathrooms are well maintained - can't say the same for Santa Rosa.

I made an appointment at 1oclock on Monday. I came in at 1oclock in the afternoon and Samual wrote me up. I told him that I will wait for the car. It was just about 1 hour, Samual came in and told me what they did etc. All went fine.

The service person was knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. They took care of the problem and explained it to me so that I could understand.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and I'm appreciative of the actual work performed. My only issues were that I wasn't expecting my car to be unavailable all day for an oil change, tire rotation, and change of key fob (I dropped my car off at 8:30am and didn't get it back until after 3pm). Also, I thought we were supposed to get a complimentary car wash with our service and I didn't get one.

this was a great experience dealing with Denny and the rest of the team at F.H Daley Chevrolet. I am always nervous when it comes to car buying but this team made is real easy and most of all a "fair for everyone" deal. It's been a very bitter experience. The purchased Blazer car's EV charging is not happening even before it's been out from the showroom. Car was put on charging at showroom while purchase documentation work was carried out. Then later realized it's not been charging and hence went to service instead of delivering home. Unfortunately purchase docs been signed and hence it's not returnable. It's been 6 days since it's in the service. It should have been tested by the dealer team before it's put for sale.

Even though I didn't have an appointment, Jarred was able to get a diagnosis for my power steering very quickly as well as the solution and the next steps needed. Once I have him that green light , he kept me informed on the progress and the likely timelines. Once the part was obtained, Jared notified me and I was able to leave my truck that day. I bought my brand new 2015 Silverado in November of 2015. FH Dailey has serviced my truck & I have been very satisfied with the service Dept. starting with the staff all professional going on 10 years.

I was told it would take 2 days and it took 7 days. The problem was not fixed. The headliner by the roof light had a gap, so I received the car worse than when I left it.

I had two salesmen, Marcus at first then Michael. Both were very helpful in their own way. Marcus was aware of my previous dealer interaction which took all day on a previous day resulting in no car available and no sale and worked quickly and methodically to move the sale forward based on inventory that had just arrived. This sale was for an EV and thus included various rebates and discounts which Marcus was aware of and how to process. Very helpful. The car was in SF and so when it came over a few days later Michael took over for Marcus (sick?). At first I was uncomfortable with having a new salesman assigned after most of the work was done by Marcus, but Michael after a brief time gained my trust with his personable style and forthrightness. He wrapped up the sale (along with the finance guy) and then spent a far amount of time helping me to understand the layout of the EV's dashboard and controls. I feel he went way beyond any expectation I had for making sure I am comfortable with my first EV purchase. He has said that I can reach out to him for further clarification when I need to. I actually did so and discovered that I called him on his day off. Michael generously answered my question in spite of his not "being on the clock." This focus on helping the customer and recognition of my time spent at the dealership means that I will recommend FH Dailey Chevrolet without hesitation.

I was helped my Justin. My car was towed to the dealer and I had no idea what was wrong. I did not have an appointment. Justin checked me in and made suire to write the details that required me to have the care towed. He assured me that it would be checked out, however, it was a busy Monday morning, so he would have it thoroughly checked out and contact me Tuesday. He contacted me Tuesday afternoon to say it was only the battery after many checks and a test drive. I have been a long time Daily customer who is concerned about cost. I believe this was taken into account. I received excellent service from Justin and Dailey staff.

Denny Samuel took the time to let me test drive a Chevy Equinox last year. Because the Federal tax credit expires September 30 I thought it would be a good time to buy this EV. I love my old Chevy Spart EV and will probably keep it the range on the new Chevy Equinox is much better. FH Daily is a good dealership; my father bought a pick-up truck from them 40 years ago that is still running, but my father died 10 years ago.

Samual in the service department is amazing. I live in Walnut Creek. The Concord dealership is the closet and it’s where i purchased my car. However, a couple of the service people have no customer service skills. I would rather drive all the way to San Leandro to be treated with the respect and professionalism they have shown me.

Your service team discovered a nail in one of my self-healing tires and I was advised that I needed to buy a new tire. Justin Canlas my service advisor scheduled an appointment quickly. Meanwhile I researched prices elsewhere, several of which were less than I had been quoted. That raised several questions which I addressed to Justin and which he answered quite reasonably and effectively. I proceeded with the transaction at your dealership, and was pleased with the speed and efficiency of the whole thing.

It was OK. I was not told what, if anything, the dealer did to assure that the recall was carried out. Did they find nothing? Did they find that the harness was rubbing and they had to place some armoring on the area? No clue - Also, the Q1 charging issue has still not been resolved - is GM ever going to figure this out?

Iwas able to get my car to the service department Sam took cate of taking the details of the issue and explained the service and estimated cost. Sam contacted me with the assessment and cost. Service departmentkept me informed and addressed the issue was resolved.

Waited 1 1/2 hours with appt. For oil change and tire rotation.

Everything involved in the Oil & Lube and Multi-Point was done and correctly.

Sam in service was very professional and helpful.

I got an early appointment suggested by the girl who took my call to avoid crowding at check in. That worked out great I got checked in right away and my service writer was very polite and knowledgeable. We discussed my issues and service I needed. He got me a lift home which was nice. He called me later that day and informed that the truck was ready for pick up. I picked it up later that day and was pleased with the price and the service I received.

I brought my car there for a issue with charging the battery and since I was within a 1000 mile of service I requested the tire rotation and the other services. I ended up having my entire battery replaced and the annuall service wasn't completed. In Addition my range has been reduced from the original battery.

My receiving agent, sorry but I forgot his name, was very helpful and accomodating. I think the only thing that seemed could have improved was the amount of time it took to accomplish the tasks, (tire rotation and new windshield wipers) 3 hours. Also I think it was a bit of a scam to charge you to use your credit card to pay. That information was not given in advance or an alternative suggested before payment was received.

Nice staff. There was a small hiccup. I was shown a truck that was described as a 4x4 but when time to purchase came it was only a 2wd. I had to pay a couple thousand more and wasn’t offered price adjustment to make up for the system/dealership mistake.

I was so extremely grateful for the service department on my last visit. Something went wrong with my vehicle late the evening before. When I went on line to make an appointment, there were no availabilities for five days. I called first thing the next morning and they told me to just bring it in and leave it for the day. I was so impressed that they were able to accommodate me. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Overall things were great, customer service, cleanliness, all on point. The only miss was the coffee, it was just warm and mostly water. I'm aware that not everyone likes strong, hot coffee. I'm sharing because I'd prefer to let my coffee cool and add water or cream and sugar if it's too strong vs drinking warm cream and sugar water, lol. That's just me.

Experience was amazing. I cannot remember service advisors name, but the car feels amazing. Advisor did a great job at explaining why my Camaro was studdering and why it cost almost $900 for what I called a simple fluid swap. I admit that I was concerned about the task, the price, and the explanation that the fluid swap may not fix the issue. Please research my service invoice for the advisors name and commend him for an excellent job. P.S. I was working at San Leandro BART Station today, and drove over to tell him myself.
