I’m from Ventura County, about 350 miles away from F H Dailey dealership. They had the exact vehicle I wanted, and I was seriously considering making the trip. After chatting with the salesman, ‘Chuck’ Santana, I knew I had to go. He wasn’t pushy at all, he was super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. I flew into the nearby airport and was taken to the dealership, where I was greeted by the rest of the staff. The whole experience was super easy and all my questions were answered. They even met all my requests! I’ve bought many cars in the past and had different experiences at different dealerships, but this one was definitely the best and most comfortable. I’d highly recommend this dealership!

The only reason for my 4 star rating is that I am mad at myself for letting the "manager" sell me an interest rate of 6.49% with some unknown (to me) lender. I should have insisted on GM Finance. I have a credit rating of over 800. I feel kind of dumb for letting him pull one over on me.

Issue with battery and slow start, they tested battery and called the 3rd party battery warranty company to get authorization for the replacement - zero issue and I did not have to make a claim for reimbursement. Got new transmission put in had to go back the second day after because of a fluid leak they fixed that. Discovered after that there is an exhaust leak took the truck back was told they could not fix it, I should now gotta muffler shop they didn’t have the ability to fix what the took apart. 2 month old leased EV truck has a broken trunk mechanism. Dealership gave me the run around and didn't want to take the car. They told me to go to a nearby dealership. Which took the car, but then neither dealer wanted to provide me with a loaner, even though "we don't know when the car will be ready. There are only 5 of these parts in the nation." I had to remind them that I was leasing the car, so they could either provide a loaner, or stop my lease payments until the car was fixed. Overall a very frustrating experience. I hope to get my car back soon. Hope this was a one-off experience. And hoping no more problems with the EV truck.

Didn't fix the problem. The vehicle still does not shut off when you put it in park get out of it and close the door. It won't lock. Several of our Silverado EVs are doing this, and it's not consistent. To have been charged for the diagnostic that didn't diagnose anything is frustrating

I do think this dealership is the best Chevrolet dealer in the Bay Area, including Santa Rosa where I purchased my car. I was very dissatisfied in Santa Rosa and the superiority of F.H. Dailey is very clear. My advisor Sam was very informative, friendly, and helpful. My only suggestion is to update the customer who is on site waiting for the car with a status report. I sat there for 3 hours after I approved the 3 recommended services. It did not seem like those services should take 3 hours, especially since there was only 1 other person waiting while their car was being serviced. I dont mean this to be a negative review, only that experience would be improved if the waiting customers got priority over those who would be coming at end of day of later to get their cars. If the job was done as quickly as possible, a status update would have made the wait easier. I also appreciated that the waiting area is clean and the bathrooms are well maintained - can't say the same for Santa Rosa.

My only issues were that I wasn't expecting my car to be unavailable all day for an oil change, tire rotation, and change of key fob (I dropped my car off at 8:30am and didn't get it back until after 3pm). Also, I thought we were supposed to get a complimentary car wash with our service and I didn't get one.

It's been a very bitter experience. The purchased Blazer car's EV charging is not happening even before it's been out from the showroom. Car was put on charging at showroom while purchase documentation work was carried out. Then later realized it's not been charging and hence went to service instead of delivering home. I had two salesmen, Marcus at first then Michael. Both were very helpful in their own way. Marcus was aware of my previous dealer interaction which took all day on a previous day resulting in no car available and no sale and worked quickly and methodically to move the sale forward based on inventory that had just arrived. This sale was for an EV and thus included various rebates and discounts which Marcus was aware of and how to process. Very helpful. The car was in SF and so when it came over a few days later Michael took over for Marcus (sick?). At first I was uncomfortable with having a new salesman assigned after most of the work was done by Marcus, but Michael after a brief time gained my trust with his personable style and forthrightness. He wrapped up the sale (along with the finance guy) and then spent a far amount of time helping me to understand the layout of the EV's dashboard and controls. I feel he went way beyond any expectation I had for making sure I am comfortable with my first EV purchase. He has said that I can reach out to him for further clarification when I need to. I actually did so and discovered that I called him on his day off. Michael generously answered my question in spite of his not "being on the clock." This focus on helping the customer and recognition of my time spent at the dealership means that I will recommend FH Dailey Chevrolet without hesitation.

It was OK. I was not told what, if anything, the dealer did to assure that the recall was carried out. Did they find nothing? Did they find that the harness was rubbing and they had to place some armoring on the area? No clue - Also, the Q1 charging issue has still not been resolved - is GM ever going to figure this out?

I got an early appointment suggested by the girl who took my call to avoid crowding at check in. That worked out great I got checked in right away and my service writer was very polite and knowledgeable. We discussed my issues and service I needed. He got me a lift home which was nice. He called me later that day and informed that the truck was ready for pick up. I picked it up later that day and was pleased with the price and the service I received.

I brought my car there for a issue with charging the battery and since I was within a 1000 mile of service I requested the tire rotation and the other services. My receiving agent, sorry but I forgot his name, was very helpful and accomodating. I think the only thing that seemed could have improved was the amount of time it took to accomplish the tasks, (tire rotation and new windshield wipers) 3 hours. Also I think it was a bit of a scam to charge you to use your credit card to pay. That information was not given in advance or an alternative suggested before payment was received.

Overall things were great, customer service, cleanliness, all on point. The only miss was the coffee, it was just warm and mostly water. I'm aware that not everyone likes strong, hot coffee. I'm sharing because I'd prefer to let my coffee cool and add water or cream and sugar if it's too strong vs drinking warm cream and sugar water, lol. That's just me.

Experience was amazing. I cannot remember service advisors name, but the car feels amazing. Advisor did a great job at explaining why my Camaro was studdering and why it cost almost $900 for what I called a simple fluid swap. I admit that I was concerned about the task, the price, and the explanation that the fluid swap may not fix the issue. Please research my service invoice for the advisors name and commend him for an excellent job. P.S. I was working at San Leandro BART Station today, and drove over to tell him myself.
