Meet Our Staff

Ray is a car man through and through, he’s been in the industry his entire working career and wouldn’t want it any other way. Ray especially loves helping those customers who have credit issues - specifically when he explains to them he's secured funding for their dream machine! In his time away from the dealership you can find him coaching little league with his son or out on his boat enjoying water sports with his daughter and beautiful wife.

Debbie’s current position with FH is Controller since 2011. Previously she worked at Sunnyvale Toyota, and Sunnyvale Lincoln / Mercury since she was 18. Outside of work she loves working with animals. She works part time at the zoo, her favorite animals to work with are the black and white lemurs and finnick foxes. She’s also volunteered for wildlife rescue, and supporting breast cancer awareness charities.

Liz has been with FH for about 5 years, with a total of over 31 years in the auto industry. She was originally born in Sacramento but then moved around and lived in places such as Hong Kong and Singapore and one day dreams of visiting New Zealand and Australia. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her 3 kids, making cars, sewing and pretending to like gardening.

Patricia is the Payroll Administrator with FH Dailey, and has been with the company for 7 years. She’s worked in the car business since she was 18 years old. Outside of work she likes to go to the movies and the beach. Her favorite quote is “Don’t let the behavior of others ruin your inner peace.”

I am a huge music lover, especially live! Prince was my very first concert at 16 years old. I always seem to have a concert lined up to see. Famous Quote I like, "Give a girl the right pair of shoes and she'll conquer the world."

Ofelia brings over 22 years of automotive experience to the FH Dailey team. Ofelia was born in Mexico but soon moved to Chicago before coming here to the Bay Area. She takes pride in being meticulous and making sure that her work is done properly the first time. Outside of work Ofelia likes to dance, spend time with her family and bake her famous banana bread!

I was born and raised in the Bay Area. My first job in the Car Business was in Hayward at Lew Doty Cadillac in the early 80's. I enjoy travelling with my family and friends, reading and spending time with my cat "BG".

Returning to the car dealership world after 17 years in the construction industry. Love watching cooking shows, hoping something sticks so I can be a chef at home. Love being outdoors hiking, lounging on the beach or family bbq's.

I enjoy music, cooking, and art in my free time. I also like spending time with my family and friends.

My name is Fernanda, and I am the new receptionist at FH Dailey. I live here in the Bay Area and currently am a law student in Berkeley. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and learning new things at FH Dailey. I love animals, especially cows!

Bill faithfully works/sleeps 4 days a week for FH Dailey, protecting the grounds and begging for treats. He loves to nudge your ankle, showing that he needs a break, treat or scratches behind his ears.

Anthony Baker is a Sales Manager and has been with FH Dailey for 5 years.

Born and raised in San Franciso, Diego brings over 14 years of automotive experience to his team. His passion for cars and deep knowledge of the industry makes Diego a trusted leader and resource for both customers and staff. Diego is committed to delivering a transparent, efficient and enjoyable experience for every guest that walks through the door.

I have been in the car business for 24 years. Since 2020, I have been a Pre-Owned Manager, and I love all the duties and responsibilities that come with this position.

Don has been with the FH Dailey team for over 30 years and helps order/manage our entire fleet! So if you ever see a cool car or truck on our lot, Don is the creative mind behind it. Born and raised in Oakland Don loves not only selling to his customers but to his customer's kids as well. Don loves to spend his free time outdoors and has always wanted to go to Spain. In fact, there's even a province there called Asturias!

Larry has been in the auto business for over 20 years working in the Sales Department for Chevrolet Dealerships in the Bay Area. Here at FH Dailey Chevrolet, he oversees the Courtesy Delivery Department where he is responsible for the delivery of fleet vehicles ordered by leasing companies, dealers and individuals.

James (or Jim) brings over 50! years of experience to the FH Dailey Team. Born and raised in Oakland, Jim not only loves to sell cars but loves to be involved in sports as well. He coaches a high school basketball team in Fremont and his father was a pro baseball player for SF, you can even see the original newspaper article on his desk! When Jim retires, you can find him on his favorite beach in the world - Poipu beach in Kauai.

Greg has over 30 years of automotive experience, with a third of that time spent at FH Dailey. What Greg loves most about his job is when he sells a customer their first brand new car, there's nothing like it! Outside of work Greg likes to cycle and star gaze, he even has his own setup at home to look out into space.

Chuck Santana has been in the automotive industry for over 40 years, starting his career in 1982. He’s been with FH Dailey for 13 years, after working with Good Chevrolet for 21 years. He's coined as the unofficial Car Guy for the Raiders when they were in Oakland, CA. When you meet with Chuck, you’ll get to see his VIP “Raider Room”, where he has pictures with many of the people he has sold cars to over the years. There you’ll find Athletes, Entertainers, Labor Union Members, City and State officials, and many more of Santana’s customers and friends. Outside of work, he likes to spend time with his family and occasionally golf. His attitude in this business is that everyone’s equal, and everyone gets a fair price.

Alfonso Sandoval, also known as El Bayunco, has been selling cars for 15 years, the last 5 years at FH Dailey Chevrolet. He's worked on radio stations as a comedian that made him wildly popular with the Latin community. He offers a wealth of knowledge that offers and a fun car buying experience. Outside of work, Alfonso likes to go fishing, go out for seafood, or Peruvian. With El Bayunco, everything is easy! Pue Ji!

Marcus Hasan is a Sales Representative and has been with FH Dailey Chevrolet for 2 years. Previously, he worked in the food service industry and at call centers. Outside of work he enjoys all types of sports, baseball, basketball, football, UFC, and racing. Fun fact - He’s legally drove a C8 Corvette at 155 mph!

Denny is a Sales Representative and has been with FH Dailey for 8 years. He previously worked at DGD Capital Mazda and Gilroy Chevrolet, and before that he was in the food service industry. Outside of work, his favorite hobby is travelling. His favorite quote is “Failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of the success.”

When not selling cars, Johnel is producing music and writing songs. His favorite foods are Filipino chicken adobo and pizza. Johnel has done much traveling, with Jamaica being his most loved destination.

Originally from Ethiopia, Sally came to California 20 years ago. She loves cooking, especially Ethiopian food. Sally and her family love to travel and go camping.

I live in Petaluma, originally from Illinois. I joined the Chevy team in 2021. I enjoy time with my family, the ocean and reading.

I have been detailing cars for 13 years, 9 of those with FH Dailey. I am a hard worker, I am friendly, and I like meeting and talking to people.

It is a pleasure to work for FH Dailey Chevrolet. It is a very good environment with my colleagues and above all in the job I have detailing cars. It is my passion to see them detailed inside and out. I love spending time with my family and soccer is my favorite sport.

In addition to being a Dealer Trade driver for FH Dailey Chevrolet, I am also the Event Coordinator. I do about 5 car shows and 6 golf events a year for the company. My wife has a rare C-6 Corvette in Precision Red that I take to car shows as well.

Originally from New Jersey, Paul has retired after 30 years in the Telecom Industry. He enjoys boating, four wheeling, and camping. Paul has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Marty has been in the auto industry since he was 17! He used to work at the Arco station right down the street on Davis. He is originally from Castro Valley and now resides in San Ramon. When he isn't running the service department Marty enjoys working around the house doing renovations and repairs. Marty one day dreams of going to Hawaii and relaxing there on the beach.

Gabe has been in the industry for over 20 years! He is originally from Mexico and came over to the states when he was only 3 years old. He loves his FH family along with his two kids at home. In his off time Gabe likes to draw abstract art but his real passion is music production. In fact, Gabe has been a DJ producing and spinning House music for over 20 years!

Marilous is the Service Dept BDC Consultant, and Cashier. Her motto is “A day without laughter is a day wasted.”

When Jenn isn't keeping the service dept running at the highest level of efficiency you can catch her and her husband riding down the California coast on their Harley. Jenn likes to do things right the first time and is proud to be a great communicator. If she wasn't working for FH Dailey she would be a professional driver and would someday love to visit Alaska. Secret tip - Jenn absolutely loves chocolate!

I like to play board games and video games.

Employed with FH Dailey since 2017, Sam spends most of his time after work with his spouse and children. Watching movies and playing in the park are some of their favorite activities.

In his spare time, Mark loves to do street photography, travel and hang out with friends. He is also an avid gamer. Mark has been with FH Dailey since 2021.

I have worked for FH Dailey since 2012. I enjoy working with my coworkers who have become my friends and for some, my family. The comradery that we share on a daily basis makes it a great place to come to work. There isn't a day that goes by we don't share a moment of laughter.

Juan helps keep our cars looking squeaky clean! He has been in the industry for over 15 years and his Chevy is the Colorado. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his 2 kids and going to church.

Jerry is the Parts Director and has been working in the automotive industry since he was 14 years old. His father was a GM Parts Manager, so Jerry spent high school summers stocking parts, dusting shelves and helping around the store. After high school he went through a parts apprenticeship program. He’s worked at Mazda, Isuzu, Infiniti and General Motors. Outside of work, he enjoys weight lifting, hanging out at the pool and spending time with friends and family. Big fan of the Giants and the Niners. His favorite quote is “Life is short so try to make everyday meaningful and memorable.”

I’ve worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years. As an individual contributor and in management, my primary objective has been to provide world class customer support. A team approach to customer centricity and a partnership is key to achieving this title. Strategy and relationships play a role in this endeavor. Understanding my customer’s objectives and meeting this expectation is a driver within and remains my passion.

Art brings to FH Dailey 46 years of experience in the automotive industry, including the last 12 years with Chevrolet Performance. With his expertise, he was able to promote, manage and build a top 3 Chevrolet Performance Dealership in the county at his last place of employment. Now, it is time to take that to the next level by joining FH Dailey Chevrolet. Hello my name is Enrico, I’ve been employed with FH Dailey Chevrolet since May 2018. My job title is Wholesale Parts Consultant. I started in the automotive industry back in 1993. I’ve done every position within a parts department starting out as a parts driver, shipping & receiving clerk, back counter and retail sales all the way up to Parts Manager. My first car line I ever worked was Volkswagen, then Audi, Porsche, Subaru, now General Motors. Over the years I’ve experienced many challenges in this industry but at the end of the day it has been a blast. Looking forward to seeing you all here at FH Dailey.

Starting as a Parts Driver over 10 years ago, Oscar has moved his way up to the Front Counter/Wholesale. His hobbies outside of work are soccer, riding motorcycles and most anything having to do with sports. Oscar has been playing soccer for 30 years and counting!

He grew up in the auto industry learning at his uncle’s shops and dad’s shop his whole life. He has been working for GM the last 7 years. Started as a driver and moved up quickly learning every job in the parts department.

Been in the business 26 years. From Chicago, moved here 30 years ago. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, I like to build plastic car models, I enjoy driving cross-country, I enjoy going to “Magic Mountain” with my work friends.

Vanessa is an Administrative Assistant and has been with FH Dailey Chevrolet for 3 years. She’s worked in the automotive industry for 5 years altogether. Her favorite quote is “I don’t always work, but when I do I make sure my boss is around.”

Omar is a Parts Clerk and has been with FH Dailey Chevrolet for 4 years.

Samuel likes to go by JR, and he’s a Parts Clerk and handles shipping and receiving for the parts department and has been with FH Dailey for 9 years. Before working with FH, he was a minor league professional baseball player, and P.E. teacher. His favorite quote is “It’s All Good.”

Steve has 36 years experience working in the Parts Department for GM Dealers. He is a father of four plus grandchildren. A die hard A's, RAIDERS and WARRIORS FAN for life.

Alexis is a Parts Driver for FH Dailey Chevrolet. Previously, he’s worked as Quality Control Inspector and Valet.

Michael is a delivery driver and has been with FH Dailey Chevrolet for 5 years. Previously, Michael worked as a Tow truck driver for 35 years. Outside of work, his hobbies include bowling, fishing, and BBQs. His favorite quote is “I can do it.”
